How to Become a Student
Warren County Adult New Readers serves Warren County Ohio residents age 18 and over who have the motivation to learn to read and write. The program also helps Warren County residents and workers from other countries who wish to improve their reading, writing and speaking in English. Tutors also work with pre-GED students.

All program services are free and confidential.

Each student is matched with one tutor. They meet weekly in a public place, such as a library or community building.

Material is furnished free through Warren County’s public libraries.

Students can start in the program at any time and should call the office at 513-932-2323 to make an appointment for assessment.

Self-help is difficult. Our tutors are trained to work with adults as peers.
